      Chi,

      I bought a couple dandelion bottles at GNC yesterday and started taking em this morning. I have tightened up the diet by increasing protein intake and eliminating one of my weekly cheat meals. I am focusing on eliminating some fruit and all pop. How 'bout you?

      Meth is bad for muscle growth, chike. Just say no, like Buzzy did, pal.

        i'm still trying to rehab a partially torn pec/delt insertion tear...... cross training and doing some running for the first time in years, only hard lifting i'm doing is squats, stiff leg deads, power cleans....

        maybe another month and i'll start working hard and hitting the cardio 2x a day 3-4 days a week and but for now its just HIT cardio 3 times a week and medium running on incline 4x a week

        might try to do a triathalon...

        buzzy you ever taken ephedrine/caf stack? or even crazier ephedrine/caf/nicotine stack?

            Power cleans with a torn pec/delt, Chi! WTF! Please stop! Damn!

            Never taken any supplements but creatine and protein powder up until now -- just started the dandelion diuretic. I believe the key is consistency and a smart diet. It's pretty simple but very difficult to do.

              only thing that really bothers my pec now (the injury happened in july 2008) would be to do benches and pullups...... power cleans are no problem...

              why a diuretic... I only used those prior to a competition or if I was making weight in wrestling/mma... and before a photo shoot....

              are you planning on using the dandelion root for long? don't combine it with creatine

              Buzzy I think I still have a year's supply of myoplex somewhere in storage if you are interested and a fan of EAS
