to me, thats how a church should be, rather than some of the churches in texas ive visited, railing against gays and this and that. i always felt christianity should be about uplifting people and making them feel better, more united, rather than beating them down and making them angry and frightened

i dont know if its the usa or everywhere, but man, some people sure have retarded the church, and used jesus' name for a lot of shit he would not have been down with

i lift 4 days a week and run 4 miles the other three
so last wed i upped to to 5 miles and pushed the pace
my right foot is sprained so badly i can barely walk, has this ever happened to you? do you think bodies are made to lift weights, weigh over 200, and run? i mean most dudes who run long distances are smaller guys. my foot is strained as ****. i can hardly walk at a normal speed which is hindering my ability to get vagina, which is about the only thing i do well considering i had asu, sixers, and rockets last night.

you know anything aobut foot injuries?

I was a big runner in jr. high and HS..... only now getting back into it

I've sprained the arch on the insole of my foot before... but I don't recall really how I did it...so yeah I can't really help ya with the foot stuff.... hopefully you have new shoes, and if you are running outside, try to stay off the pavement/concrete.... It is horrible for feet/knees.

JJ, I have gone there a few times... I like the people they are down to earth... lots of recovering alcoholics, drug addicts, former hookers, gang-bangers...mixed with old ladies that make you cakes and pies, lots of young crazy kids, some rich people and lots of poor people...real interesting diverse group... they have like 3 hr services...too long

yeah...I'd assume that some of those "gang bangers" had also been in gang bangs..... whilst being in the gangs like gangsta's disciples
