They've always had limits.

They differ on every sport and every spot.

If you call in they may take more on something. (if you personally call in I can guarantee you he will take anything you want to bet)

From a recreational bettor standpoint:

5dimes (They are really useful for bases)
Matchbok (Again as bases are coming up, they are a must have but processing problems are plaguing them for u.s. players)
Rebatewager (Pretty solid book, fast payouts, good cs, the whole rebate thing...just need to offer more lines - which they are currently working on)

Not to pile on but I definitely have higher limits over the phone than I do over the web. Try giving them a call and talking to a supervisor in wagering. Ask to have your phone limits raised.
