I feel sorry for him too. I think he's pretty deep in drugs and is trying to cover his addiction with proselytizing. Something had obviously happened to him, because he's not at all the same poster he was a year ago. JJ, do you think it could be relationship troubles? Between Lisa's obvious attraction to you and the drugs, she could be distancing herself from him. Maybe rather than face that reality, Illini is posting nonsense here hoping to avoid thinking about what's facing him in his life...

Do you think we should hold an intervention for him? Maybe even get the people from that Intervention show on A&E involved? We shouldn't let one of our own fall into a pit without a single effort to fix him and set him back on his feet.

He had already started to change prior to that meeting, Zootie, but I agree it was very marked after that event. I think the meeting accelerated the downward spiral because he was clinging to people thinking he was a successful California business owner and once his true nature was revealed from an impartial source, he started a mental breakdown.

We love you Illini, even if you are a coke fiend with an imaginary girlfriend and a job taking bets at a racetrack. We don't judge on SBR, you should just revel in the fact that you don't have to keep frontin' anymore.

i really don't know what has happened to Flyer. he's been very very angry the last few months.. in the 1st annual sbr poster awards back in april, he won the vote for nicest poster.

i swear i remember like it was yesterday, he was so soft spoken and such a nice guy.. lately, he's been pissed alot. i dont know who pissed him off. jj, what did you say to him? JJ, maybe he's pissed at you because you are always hitting on his GF and trying to convince her to leave him and be with you.. i dont know.. i think you're right, he did snap. i think it finally got to him that you were out to get his GF, who knows. he used to admire jj a lot, now he hammers the hell out of him. why?? no one knows. i hope he's ok, cause he really was the nicest guy ever back when i 1st joined. if you do a search of his posts back in april and may, you will not believe it's the same guy.

Well said, wtf. I'd rather go back to the days where he'd start six threads every month about being out of his mind on cocaine than this offensive satire. To some of us a blessing is a serious thing, not hollow words to be bandied about by a non-believer. I wish Illini would go inflict his rhetoric on that piranha forum that he thinks is soooo superior to SBR.

Scholar the guy has lost it, he sent me a 9000 word e-mail yesterday ranting and raving about religion and what is wrong with the world.
