Newbie Asks for Advice About Depositing
    Hi all,

I'm brand new to sportsbetting. I am, however, very familiar with poker.

I'm trying to learn what the best methods for moving money (depositing to different sites, and eventually withdrawing) are. In the old days of course, Neteller was what everyone in poker used, but because of my locality (USA) and its fascist government, that's not an option anymore. I never really needed to learn any other system after Neteller went down. And, at least for poker sites, things like bank wires were usually expensive or disallowed completely.

I see a lot of sportsbooks have Moneybookers, which I'm not familiar with at all. I also see that some places do take bank wires - are there usually fees associated with them? Is there a chart somewhere of sites' deposit methods and fees?

I guess, in summary, what do most people use? Bank wire? Moneybookers?

95% of all people use moneygram or western union, which are money transfer sites, very simple and easy but u have to do it in person which is a pain, all fees are reimbursed with deposits over 250, withdrawals using this same method aredone along with cShiers checks, if u have anymore questions let me no

Thanks for all the advice all. So Moneygram or Western Union it is, I guess! Or ******** - will investigate.

My current process is learning how to plan my signup bonuses with a small bankroll. While I consider myself to have a bankroll of $1000, I definitely don't want to deposit anywhere near that at a single site, especially because I understand why line-shopping is important, and I'm just starting to learn.

So, I'm now trying to learn which sites (rated B and above, of course!) offer the best bonuses for low deposits (max $200).

Interestingly, my interest in sports-betting was triggered by a BetUS flyer that came to my house. Given the SBR ratings and stories on this forum, I certainly will not be depositing there! Even though they have a pretty flyer and a "145% bonus". What good is a bonus if you're not getting your money back.

Dont start gambling online if you are a U.S. customer. Go to Vegas make some connections and bet through them. Online is illegal and you take chance not getting paid. Its like using drugs that dont get you high. Double stupid.

Well talking about rebatewager......as you know most players lose betting sports so why not get 25% back on your loses at rebatewager. It is a book you must have.
