A lot of it also has to do with the -1 plays instead of ml. Curious to know how my record would be with playing ml and -1.5 instead of -1. Habs last night for example. ML was -127 and -1 was +137. Makes for a huge difference

In my Under 2 years of sports betting I have rarely played positive odds...something I need to consider more, but hard to part from what I know and feel comfortable with.

Especially when there's little risk. That game could have been a push without the empty net goal and wouldn't have lost me anything. Rather than playing ml and risking the loss of the extra $25

As much as it pains me to say, I'm giving this game a pass. Too many variables I don't like.

Need to pay more attention to Cotes plays.
I can't find a winning day anywhere.
Would take a Sharks win by 1 goal tonight.
In my 15 straight days without a winning day, only 2 of them were bad...others were very small losses.
Just gotta push through this dry spell and the breaks will come.
My futures bets are pretty bright regardless...nobody playing more consistent than Habs and Atlanta Hawks...maybe Preds and Isles in nhl.

Well, I was happily wrong vs Pens. I should have more faith in Habs, they are firing on all cylinders now. Next big test is Tampa on Tuesday.

Canada tonight, @ -4.5. I know they crushed Slovakia 8-0 last game, but things move fast in this tourney, and Slovakia has gelled. Not sure I like the size of the line.

Cotes, any thoughts On Sweden/Russia? I kind of like Sweden ML -101.

Like Indy today, but would prefer a -3 line. Not convinced Dalton can get it done, and he will be feeling the pressure to do so.

I agree with you on the Sweden ML play. They are the only other undefeated team and at that price, easy play for me

Not to mention, AJ Green is out today for cincy. Only thing I was liking the bengals for the past few days is how well their D has been lately and Green's matchup. He won't be playing today so think I'm leaving more to Indy. Later game I'm liking the lions to cover the 6.5 spread. Think the Cowboys chock here and Johnson outplays Bryant

It's incredible how expensive points are in the NFL. I think that's what pulls people into teasers. But I'm with you, I'm taking the -3.5 line.

Update: Line is now at -4. Guess we're on public money side!

Dallas has burned me a few times betting against them this season. I always think they'll choke, but they have been pretty tough.
