Also Sharks TT (U 2.5) for another auto play, but Quick has been shaky lately.
Buffalo +1.5 and Winnipeg +1 seem like very winnable bets...or at least push on Jets.

I find laying 6.5 goals tonight vs Germany to be absurd, but Canada has the potential to win really big. They rolled yesterday, and can easily do it again today. Plus, there is incentive to run up scores.

I like Swiss ML @ +271. I also put a bit on the draw @ +394, and the U5.5 @ +111; the Swiss play really strong D.

I only put $20 on each, as I am still trying to get a feel for the teams, but hopefully I have hedged enough to come out in positive territory

I agree, even though I think Canada will dominate Germany, I can't get myself to lay -6.5 goals. NFL spreads aren't even that high a lot of times. Going with the over in that game instead of Canada

Dumb decision to do 1 more bet tonight...Under 6 in Colorado (-160)...really didn't think it would hit 5 goals but 4 goals combined in 1st period made it possible.
Empty netter with 5 seconds left...that juice cost me a decent night provided Kings hang on and don't give up 3...will lose a tiny bit tonight...4 straight days of losing adds up even if it's just a small amt each day.

Canada's D looks great. Better test coming Monday vs Finland, and then of course the 31st vs USA.

Not sure why Canada/USA game is scheduled so early. 4:00 puck drop? Used to always be a night game. It kicked off New Year's Eve in a most awesome fashion.

Yeah Canada is looking really solid. Thought Germany actually played a really good game and help a high powered Canada team in check most of the game. Not sure why the us/can game is at 4:00. Really don't like that lol like you said, I'm usually so excited to watch the game on New Years eve night but think it'll still be a good one

really.. reimer is not a bad goalie. florida is a low scoring team and has the best goals against in the east thanks to their system and luongo. his GAA is that high because of that 1 awful game he had vs nashville where he let in 6 goals in 2 periods of play

Yeah under might not be a bad play. I personally don't like playing unders unless I'm really liking the play but seems like it should hit. Florida can't score and Luongo is pretty solid

Cotes, wondering if you know anything on the Spengler Cup. I see Canada playing some team from Helsinki today, as a pickem. I don't really follow who they send to the tourney.

Also wondering what you think about World Juniors today. US is -2.5 vs Slovakia, which seems to be a good play. I kind of like Denmark +2 vs Czechs as well, with maybe a sprinkling on the draw @ +560.
