Yeah, but ontop of the bad matchup for Mayer, monfils is in amazing form during this tournament, mayer played 3+ hours against Murray and 3+ hours against Hanescu. Monfils just loves his slice, dice and tricks but I wouldn't put it all entirely down to the h2h.

I wasn't referring to anyone in particular. I was referring to anyone who talked shit about Mayer's performance this week without having seen him play. He was absolutely outstanding against Murray, and the only reason this was such a cake-walk for Lemon was his obvious fatigue.

Tomorrow should bring about a high quality final.
