That probably sounds splashy but there is no great story. She was one of those girls who develops really young. She would have been 12 or 13. Well, I was a freshman at Oregon State and being younger than most people I made a few close friends and really clung to them like a safety blanket. My best friend was a huge hockey nut and I'd go with him up to Portland to watch him play games on his cousin's team. It was the cousin that I lost my virginity to.

Yes, I did. I think it was a great experience, personally. I had a partner who had plenty of experience and was able to educate me on how to be a good lover at a pace I could be comfortable with. We were both highly attracted to each other and there was a lot of love and respect that fostered true intimacy. I think a lot of teenagers would benefit from an older partner from which to learn how to celebrate their sexuality without the pressure to "be a good lay" right off the bat.
