how is the back Gennie?

The back is just day 2 day, Chi. There is still pain in the L leg and when I over compensate for the left, then the right acts up. 2 ruptured discs affecting each side, but only one was worked on. Total bill was 20K and still pain. I am still stretching and walking a lot to try and loosen/strengthen things up. Thanks for asking.
