Oh my god i want to choke these customer service bitches.

I see my bill that i have been paying went up from 104 bucks a month to 130 bucks for no damn reason, just increased 26 bucks without telling me, so i call up sprint to talk about this theft.

Ok, first girl gets my information and asks like a million questions, than when i say what my issue is she immediately transfers me to some other clown.

The new clown is the "expert" in the field of my complaint, and i swear she was retarded.

I said my problem to her

Me: my bill went up 26 bucks for no reason why?
CS Bitch: well, i will explain to you why

CS Bitch: you were paying 104 dollars in January and in february your statement shows 130 dollars

CS Bitch: ( i swear this is what she says) Ok so is the matter resolved?
Me: WTF? you didnt explain shit, i know i was paying more this bill, why
CS Bitch: Let me see, it looks like your govt fees and taxes which are out of our hands have gone up
Me: Listen, i am not retarded, i see the bill the govt fees and taxes went up 1 freaking dollar! Not 26, why is the extra money being charged? WTF is it with these weak answers you hope old woman will buy?
CS Bitch: I will have to transfer you
Me: WHAT! you were the specialist!!!

Went through a similar problem this morning. Bank of America locked my card due to "fraudulent activity" after I deposited to my book. It's all good now though.

Sprint's got the best coverage in this part of the world. I had one problem with them early on regarding this teeny-bopper texting crapola, called one time to get it straightened out. When that didn't work, I went into their office and the manager and I discussed things face-to-face, problem solved. Occasionally still get text messages but just delete them sight unseen, and am no longer charged for any web access or texting.
