95% of the usc trojans will never play in the nfl, 100% of the raiders play in the nfl

not one player on usc would say they had a shot to beat the raiders, not one

Were they NFL players when they were drafted in the 1st RD????? You don't get drafted in the 1st rd unless you have TALENT.

There are at least 3 Trojans projected to go in the 1st RD THIS SEASON alone. Name me 3 current Raiders that would go in the 1st RD this season......

i can list you 250 first rounders who were out of the nfl within 3 yrs.

john david booty will never start for an nfl team yet started for usc.
steve smith, lendale white, dwayne jarrett, reggie bush. all were megastars at usc and not close in the nfl

maybe 5 players out of usc in the last 20 yrs are awesome. seau, polamolu, mcginest, maybe keyshawn

McFadden and his 499 yds? Not even late 1st RD. Maybe 3rd.

Russell with his 53% completion? He's widely considered a BUST. Maybe a team might take a chance in the 7th RD.

What is funny is that Jamarcus Russell didn't have a bad year at all this year, considering the complete lack of talent at the WR position, Darren McFadden being injured, and having two different coaches. A 13 to 8 TD ratio on a team as bad as Oakland should have received a lot more credit then it did.

I'll add Zach Miller to the 1st round list while we're at it.

Toe injury... and anyone who declares a player a bust after only one full year in the league (and a solid one at that) is ridiculous.

Reggie Bush has 24 TDs in just 38 games.... how's he a bust?
Lendale White rushed for 1100 yds 2 seasons ago... and was 1/2 half of the dynamic Smash & Dash rushing attack last season. How's he a bust?

JWB was never a star.... not even in college. He was good but wouldn't even rank in the top 10 all time USC QBs.

you said any given usc team. well, mark sanchez and john david booties were qbs of the current and last team. and neither of those guys is anythiing any better than charlie batch. so how is this usc team going to score with their 3-4 nfl players?

McFadden had 10 game where he attempted at least 7 rushes (as many as 21) and only 1 game he rushed over 46 yds... the 164yd performance against a horrible KC defense.

He was so bad, he lost his job to Justin Fargas, a USC alum.

Brians Cushing.... projected to go in top 15.
Rey Maualuga.... projected to go in top 15.
Clay Mathews.... projected to go in top 25.

That's FOUR Trojans projected to go in the 1st round alone!!!!!!!

depends what source you look at.
some still have Stafford #1 some have Sanchez #10. some others as #1.
it means about the same as the preseason #1
