How long does it usually take?

Hi guys,

I started playing at ladbrokes few weeks ago and like two days ago I lost NHL game - I placed a bet on Columbus but St Louis won on penalties. According to the promo I should be given free-bet but nothing happened yet.

How long does it usually take to have one`s free-bet added and did you request it or was it added automatically?

Click on 'My Account' and click the 'Free bets' tab, it should appear there. You have to bet minimum the size of the free bet. ie you cant split it up.
I've had some take 24 hours but 2 days seems a bit long, you only have 7 days to use them as well.
I e-mailed them once when I never got a free bet after 2 days and they added it afterward.
So I would bomb them an email if you don't see a freebet in your account today.

It took like 4 days for me before, you must email them though. They seem to forget to credit your account pretty often, and ONLY if you email them will they do it.
I'd say 60% of the time it comes in within 24 hours, but if it hasnt let them know.

Yeah you right. I gave it a shot and bombed them with an e-mail. It does not surprise me though, that they forget to credit ones account with such amount of (freebet) cash. Thanks for answer.

Argh they are holding me without my free bet token three days now. I have sent numerous e-mails to my native polish support as well as to english one, but as for now they just informed me that relevant person is investigating the subject.

What could be the matter of investigation in such case?

Their live chat conultants also keep repeating same thing. Slowly start to worry. Will keep you updated.

Today after 4 days account was credited with free-bet token. Slow but finally got it. So everything is fine.
