Very hard to actually teach.

For one of my classes(I fuked up when picking this but nonetheless) We have to make up lesson plans for each chapter and present it like we are teaching students. Thats basically the class and no tests. But I think I would rather take a test because students in the class are simulated to ask you questions on the topic and if you dont know, or didnt put in a reasonable amount of time, you look like a jerkoff.

Anyway, I tip my hat to teachers all around.

I took this class because it was take this or the next level math and either one satisfied the credit requirement.

Little did I know this course is the same as the other...only teaching the concepts instead of using and applying them.

My girlfriend is a teacher, just started this year.

I never realized how many hours they put in... lesson planning, creating worksheets, making copies of those worksheets, grading, being available before and after school, etc. etc, she puts in an ungodly amount of hours and almost always has to bring work home with her.

The only reason we teachers do this is to give ourselves a night off. This is taught to us in our teaching credential classes.

We get the students to teach a section to other classmates so we can take a break. It works well, the students learn and we get a break.
