JJ ,
take a mental break pal. It sounds like you need it.
Seriously man just start tailing Vyomguy. Honestly the guy must hit over 85% of his plays.
he is not a volume guy. only about 4 or 5 plays a week but i dont think he has lost a single play in weeks

Be careful coach....I'm pulling for the Beavs but afraid Boise may run all day long against them. From a wager standpoint I'd go with the Broncos here.

Dont underestimate the power of Boise state, legit program thats been pumpin talent in the NFL market in recent years. That alone shows credibility. Boise could very well be the true 'favorite' here.

I know it was weeks ago, but Oregon State is in a bad spot here. I know this, because I had the ML at +1100 when they traveled to Eugene and were winning as a 23 point dog with under 40 seconds to go, only to lose by one point.
That was a game where Oregon State completely outplayed Oregon basically the entire game, only to fall just short. Now, they're in a pointless bowl game against a Boise State team that's doesn't have the moxie they've had in the past. Beating Boise State this year doesn't mean what it would have meant in the past couple of seasons.
Bowl games are tough sometimes to accurately analyze and cap motivation.
If I had a gun to my head and was forced to chose a side, it would most likely be Oregon State, but I see the 1 point loss to Oregon lingering in these kids minds for quite some time, and I'm not sure how they'll respond tonight.
Good luck with whatever you choose.

guys just so you know the Boise State basketball team is also in Honolulu for a tournament..
There are probably a ton of Boise State fans doing a chrismas vacation. Maybe a slight home field advantage for Boise State due to crowd noise.

Mannion is a JR who could very well declare for the draft. Tons of seniors on Oregon State who have lost 5 games in a row. They have plenty of motivation for this game. Add no Peterson and all the off field stufd for Boise I'm on Oregon State

Well, it's rather simple, JJ/whom it may concern.
The Beavers will lose tonight if they finish the game with fewer points than Boise State. That is how.
You're welcome, JJ/whom it may concern.

I believe the Over is the only play tonight. Boise's strength is their rushing attacked, Oregon St. is AWFUL against the run. Beaver's strength is the pass game, Bronco's are TERRIBLE against the pass. Great match ups for both offenses. And I am not a Southwick fan in the least, so I believe Boise is actually better off with Grant Hedrick. He's proved he can play the past six weeks. Mannion and Cooks are legit. This is going to play into the low 70s. Maybe rather easily.

Total points over or under 66 points on Oregon St vs Boise St
Plus the Boise St quarterback got sacked for allegedly pissing off a hotel balcony. He took a polygraph and it proved him to be correct when he said he didn't do it.
Sounds like last minute BS by Boise State to me.
What do you guys think on the points totals?

Players have fallen in love with OSU because they had a couple of good losses against the big boys. But they also gave up 69 to Washington and 30+ points in their last last 4 games. Throw in that they are also -9 in turnovers over that period while Boise is +4. Boise is a more consistent team.
Some heavy whiffers on SBR are on Oregon State. Might be time to think Boise

Don't forget that Boise just lost their coach Petersen, who went to University of Washington. Paired with the starting QB being sent home. The new head coach Harsin, ex offensive coordinator for the Boise is not running the show either since he decided to stay home and not coach this game. I can't see how Boise can play this game on the same level as OSU with all that mess in their yard.
and the most important reason , it is Christmas public needs some money, gambling gods will be generous tonight.

Continue to cap this way, and it will lead you straight to the broke house.
I'd give an in depth response regarding your beyond poor analysis of this game, but after reading that, it seems like I'd just be wasting my time.
But, just for fun, you do realize you're comparing what these teams have done over their last 4-5 games? I'll now ask you whether or not you even looked at or watched those games.
Boise played 2 decent teams over their last 5 games, shocker that those two games ended in losses for Boise and a 3-2 record.
Oregon State played 5 good football teams over their last 5 games, teams which have all been ranked at some point this season, 4 of which finished ranked in the top 25. Yes, they lost all 5, but every game was close, and they had a realistic shot to win 4 of the 5.
This is no way to cap football, but my god your reasoning is not only atrocious, but it's based on misleading data.

Boise +153 for me and might make it a big play. Coach and QB gone actually works out perfectly from a motivational standpoint for Boise players kind of falling short all year. Don't think Beavers will be able to stop Ajayi, so QB not a huge problem plus i think Hedrick is more than capable of stepping in and playing solid as he should be fairly motivated given the chance to play in this game. Also, not sure how Beavers come to play. There on a 5 game losing streak with last one being a heartbreaking loss to there in state "powerhouse" rival. Its all about motivation in these non BCS bowls and I think Oregon State has about 10% motivation in this game. GL all and Merry Christmas
