Hmmm, somehow I think the latest news on existing home sales slumping instead of rising in January had as much to do with this as Obama's speech lacking 'enough specifics.' Bush's SOU drivel two years ago lacked any real specifics for alternative fuels, yet corn and other possible fuel sources went sky-high after the speech.

Don't look for a specific level to get back into the market, wait for the first sign that real estate is coming back. 10-14 months away probably, but as soon as real estate sees an upturn the market will go 'bull'.
