Someone that I know that went to the idiot fest this week in Crime Orleans sent this to me.I guess the women got away with it because he said that they walked around alot of cops who just gawked at them and didn't warn them or write them up a citation.I'll bet if guys got creative with similar below the belt body art that they wouldn't fare out so well.Maybe ant eaters and elephants.hehe!
