That record is impossible. Last time Chi Archie did the standings he had your record as Brackets 15-12-1 +4.6. You said the record was right but the units were off. You've gone 4-3 since then but somehow you've gained almost 4 units?

Just to clarify, I think your units are off for this reason:

Let's say all of your wins were at +120 odds (19 * 1.20 = 22.8 units total won) and all of your losses were to risk one unit (18 units total lost), the total would be:

22.8 - 18 = 4.8 - Even in that unrealistically perfect scenario you still wouldn't be 19-18-1 +5.30.

Do you see what I mean?

I did go back and check Bracket's picks from day one... he did in fact start out like 15-12-1 +5.6 units or so... he played all +125,+115,+140 dogs and hit alot of them early on....


by the way, what made you decide to tail the angels on all games and fade the sox early on? I remember someone posting about that trend early in spring training was that you? or did you get the idea from that thread.... Fading the stros at first also would have been profitable.

I personally was fading some pirate games for real $ when Ross Ohlendorf pitched..and I got killed.... He wasn't throwing any breaking stuff until his latest start... but he still cruised through teams... unreal

It was all my idea and hardly anyone took it seriously but me.

I caught on to fading the Astros late in their 16 game losing streak because I wasn't checking the standings and I was intent on fading the White Sox every game. The White Sox scared me away when they looked too good so I started fading and picking other teams.
