Produce the Note

If your being foreclosed... something like almost 50% of all foreclosures can be stopped with "produce the note".

Many larger national banks sold the these debts to investors etc etc... About half of them are unable to produce the note saying they own the debt.

So essentially they don't own the debt anymore but want to foreclose on people and kick them out.

Pretty ****ed up shit on top of all the money we the public are giving them.

I'm guessing this is like asking a C.A. to validate a debt.
