I havent seen a worst live chat.
Clerks need approx 5 minutes to write a simple phrase.Many times during to the delay that they (probably deliberately) cause, the session end's with no significant progress to clients request.
Not happy.

This book has been a joke for years, and that WWTS still qualify for the SBR recommended list is a joke. It's unreal that this book can have an A rating (or A- or whatever it is).

I'll second that opinion. Last year's MLB they reduced my online limits to almost nothing. No problem with that. I don't mind calling in plays. Then three calls in a row they read me a line, I told them my bet, and then they told me the line was no longer good and offered me a worse line. Bush league.

I played there a little last year. Won the MNF predict the score contest on the WAS@DAL game (back this Sunday by popular demand!). They paid without a problem. And when a clerk made a miscalculation with my rollover, management just wiped out most of the rollover alltogether. So the clerks may be so-so, but if you get to management, they'll take care of you.

I spoke with them on live chat today for the 1st time. I thought they were very professional and couteous actually.Just signed up though so no real experience there.

I agree that WWTS hasn't change with times...5 years ago they were a top book, but have been left in the dust...

2 days ago I tried thier live chat to find out if I completed my rollover on my last deposit.I was put on hold for 20 minutes before support finally tells me no. So i ask how much more I need before i'm done and i'm back on hold for another 20 minutes.Finally they come back and tell me they made a mistake and I have completed my WR .I request a cashout of about 1/2 my balance and 2 hours later I get a phone call telling me I didn't complete my WR and I can't cash out.So again I ask for the balance on my rollover and support says Nevermind I'll let it slide this time

I think the A- rating is a little generous

Most CS is whore shit now, books have cut way back on clerks just too survive.

wwts doesn't even let you call in bets any more either I believe (not that it's a big issue for me, but for some it is)...
