How about cutting all the minor mens sports in college too where most golfers and soccer players come from foreign lands on free tax payers rides where no one pays squat to go and see them play.

This is days old actually, and well lets face it...ESPN didn't have anything else to report on...

Ever see the staffs on women college teams?Just layer upon layer of undergraduate assistants,graduate assistants,George Castanza's that are traveling secretaries,councilors for players knocked up,den mothers.etc.Then all the players get fluff degrees in womens studies where they can only get jobs from Obama's stimulus money doing worthless government makework.

Sure,the mens teams do the exact same stuff but they at least show a profit to make up for the farse of it being a valuable resource all around from player to college to city the college is in that benefits from the team.

In Minnesota at the main university they just built a state of the art hockey only arena for the men.The women felt bad when they only got 1/6th the attendance as the men where the arena looked empty so they went and built a state of the art smaller hockey only arena for them.

So,the high school girls hockey tournament is no draw at all and they want to play in another new arena the Wild play in that the boys tournament takes place in.The girls filed a law suit that they wanted equality and dinb't want to play in the smaller new arena.We have one huge publicly financed arena after another in the twin cities and now these affirmative action lawsuits are taking place.You just can't reason with this socialist crap!!!!!Then you have a basketball only arenas for the most part for everyone too such as the Gophers and Wolves.The initial investors in the Wolve's who held the note on the arena got bailed out in a sweet heart deal by the state.The state should have let the banks default on the loan and someone a couple years later in a fire sale would have bought the place.
