best ewallet for israelis

Hi,

I have noticed that my ewallet options are extremely limited due to the fact that I am located in Israel. I also am an American citizen. So basically what is the best option as far as an ewallet goes for an Israeli or an American? I want an ewallet because I want to be able to switch my money between sportsbooks quickly and cheaply. To me ewallets seem the best for this. I was going to use moneybookers but I see that for gambling transactions, it won't work.

very funny but the rule of today is that gambling is permissible if it's with money that one can afford to lose. Anyways I am going to try out arbitrage so it's not technically gambling.
