wow, so jj did lend richie the money and richie is going to pay him back.. well, i will say this, and it's nothing against richie, but lending money to someone is the biggest mistake you will ever make in your life. it never ends up good. it's a great way to lose a friend when you involve money with them.. i've always said, if you want to lose a friend for life, lend him money, it's the only sure way they disappear. i have lost 231 friends in my life and close ones too on acct of lending them $ and they had to pay me back..

now richie owes jj and JJ will have to pop in that call every now and then and say, richie, you promised me 50 today, and richie will say, sorry, i dont have it, but i didn't forget about you.. gimme more time and then it will all be over.. it's like this whenever you lend money amongst friends.

It's sad, but money and friends don't mix.. and now richie owes jj, and it will affect the friendship.. i guarantee you when richie has an extra 50 somewhere lying around, he'll buy beer, drugs or gamble with it. that's just life.

Welcome to the real world.. a guy who owes money will not have enough to pay his debts, but he will ALWAYS have enough to gamble or buy his alcohol or drugs.. i have had 231 guys owe me money and they swear, they dont have it and when they do, they'll pay me. i go to casino, and i see 9 of them there betting 300 a hand in BJ.. or i'd go to local bar and see 4 of them there drinking and paying 49 dollar tabs every night..

an addict will always have money to gamble, but not to pay debts. the addiction always comes up before everything else in life, even before his kids' milk and bread.. it's sad.. not saying this will be the case here, but 99.4445345 % of the time, addicts will NOT pay you when they have extra cash lying around. they will get their fix first.

I mean every day he has had a horse thread going with $20 bets left and right. He could of used that money and pay at LEAST 1/2 of the money back to Mike Corbin, but instead we see it being used for ponies.

he can still gamble cus he is gambling on credit at cw. its not that hard to figure out. what i dont understand is i thought they had plenty of games left, why not at least play until someone mathematically cant win??? richie, you play on credit accounts and you could have won money from the books even if you lost the contest to soprano and would have been able to pay him. i just dont understand you quitting. maybe you were already shut out, i dunno. gl

Like I said, personal issues. Its not like I was getting blown out. I just couldnt concentrate enough to go on. I could have continued until the end, but I thought it would have made things worse by going that route.

One of your top 3 posts, Nicky. Not to say your others were untrue, but this is a proven true. Dont Ever Lend Friends Money. Ever. Its good to help them out but look at it as lost cash. I have helped friends out and went in knowing I would never see the money again. If you are unprepared to do that, then dont lend the money. It will just be bad news.
