When UIGEA happened and the shit hit the fan with Neteller and they started freezing American accounts, I had over 30K transferred to me P2P by Americans (which I then got back to them in various ways). And I didn't gouge them with some 20% fee like some guys were doing. I did it for free.

I believe I qualify.

Willie seems that he was probably raised by the code that:A mans word and a hand shake was all you needed and that MEN were Men and stood by their word.
