    Any information on Bodog???

I am considering opening an account with Bodog. I have been dealing with Sportsbetting.ag. Can anyone tell me their experiences about dealing with them and getting your $$$. I want to make sure if I wager with them I will get my $$$. Please advise.

    Thanks,

Bodog (SBR Rated A) is part of the Morris Mohawk Gaming Group and caters to the recreational players. If you're a dog better then Bodog is definitely a book you might want to check out however, they do use dual lines so if that starts to happen to you then it's time to find a another book. Now in regards to payouts. They appear to be back on track in that department from what I can tell at this time. If you're going to signup at Bodog (SBR Rated A) then might I suggest that you also maximize your gaming experience and become an SBRpro.

    Good book.

Get paid. People say it takes different lengths of time to get paid. I was always paid within the week. Not as good as 5 dimes, but still a nice book. The main disappointment there is that they don't offer a bunch of betting options.

I have been with bodog for about 5 years and never had any complaints at all, well, up until last week when they bounced a check on me. I have called customer service and they said they will cover the check and all fee's but I have to fax over the documentation etc...I was a bit suprised since this has never happened. I hope its a isolated incident.

No sir they are not. That's when the contract expires and Mr.Mohawk takes over the Bodog brand to service their U.S. clients.

BBD, will there be any changes for US customers in the sportsbook, payouts department, or CS when Mohawk takes over?

Yes, I'm hearing they are closing their doors to US customers under the Bodog name end of the year and will re-open under an different name. BDD is on track, will probably be Mohawk something.
Website already has changed to Bodog.eu...........
My local uses them for opening lines to get his baseline and goes from there......

I would recomend 5-Dimes over Bodog right now, and then see what happens at the end of the year......

Players shouldn't even notice the change from a playing type standpoint with the possible exception of a possible name change sir.

They are a good book, i love their live betting software, unlike any in the business. Easy software, they give you a lot of comps in the casino. If you lose money. I think i lost 150 bucks play BJ and they gave me 20 bucks comps. They give you 5 bucks per 50 bucks lost or something like that. They don't really say how the calculate comps, they keep it hush hush every time I asked.

It's not based on how much you lose, it's how much you bet. Great bonuses, you just have search for and opt in for them all. Must have book for line shopping, as the dog lines are usually way better.

Bodog has great bonuses. Right now I have OPTED into 3 of them.
1.) betting $100 on NFL per week returns $250. after 17 weeks.
2.) betting $25 per week returns 5K poker freeroll every wendesday night
3.) baseball promo returns loses up to $20 with condition to consider

payouts are fine for me and rollovers do not concern me, I do not like bodog is last to put lines up

as new depositor you will also receive bonus and poker freerolls

Yes, they do not wish to say how they calculate it.

All they've told me is that it's a very competitive rate.

Minimum to receive a comp is $50 in losses during the comp period or $5,000 in handle.

Comp periods are twice a week. Monday-Thursday and Friday-Sunday, I believe.

That is incorrect. It is based on both.

If you bet one hand of blackjack at $50, and lose it, rest assured you will receive a comp of a few dollars at the end of the period, assuming you do not play further and win back money.

So 5 dimes is good for US player's and you get paid? I am still waiting to get paid from Sportsbetting.ag. They owe me $1k and keep giving me the run around on documents. I have sent letters from my bank etc.... I do not know what to do I guess I will get more info next week.

Good book. Youll always get paid.

CS is sub-par. Weak promotions. Poker/Casino is rigged. Great underdog lines, best software, never tried the racebook.

Took them over 2 weeks to get me 3k once. 1 bounced check as well. Otherwise everything in under an appropriate time-frame.

No ML is offered on spreads under 3 or over 10.

Safe book to play on, just below elite.
Let me illustrate it for you with an example:

    If sportsbooks were QBs
    Pinnacle-Rodgers
    5dimes- Brady
    Bodog- Eli Manning
    Sportsbook.ag- Tavaris Jackson

Yes, 5Dimes (SBR Rated A+) is a very solid shop to play at. Now as far as your Sportsbetting issues goes, have you filled out a complaint form yet? If not and you feel you are in need of some assistance then please feel free to do so and one of us will inquire to them on your behalf in order to find out what the hold up is.

5dimes is solid with many more options but Bodog seems good. They are just slow to get up lines and definitely favor the dogs. I started with their 250 bonus match with 5X rollover last Friday. I've already more than used up the rollover and my account is at 1K. I plan on trying to get a payout so I hope that goes smoothly as well.

yeah if you want to bet their good dog lines, don't open an account at bodog they will just give you dual lines. just open an account at 5dimes if you want the best of favorite numbers.

bodog is not really an A book or whatever sbr has them at. dual lines are illegal in nevada, but sbr doesn't see a problem with them. it's all about the money.

I am in the US, and I want to be able to get paid. I am worried about all the things I have heard about not getting paid or bounced checks. Sounds a little crazy. I spent about $400 and turned it into about $1600 but still betting it. I wanted to take $1k out and I am getting the run around. I just want to wager win or lose, but if I do win I want my $. If I lose or deposit they get it in a timely manner I want the same on the other end. Not feeling like I am taking it up the rear end if you get what I mean. Thanks for all the comments I appreciate the help. I just want a fair and square book.
