Actually Plommer, the CNS (successor to INS, now called Citizenship and Naturalization Services) was only involved after I called the California Contractors State License Board about EnglishMike's painting company in Los Angeles. He was employing illegal aliens to do the work without any of the proper licenses or insurance to cover any defects in the labor and service. It was only after they concluded their investigation and filed charges against EnglishMike that CNS realized he too was here illegally. Sad story really, he could've just chosen to be my friend...
