Here's what I don't understand. Probably a simple explanation but I haven't studied the situation.

I have seen Richkas posting here. Why doesn't he just enter a whole shitload of picks in the cap-off until he has the required amount and see where he stands?

I thought for awhile people were saying he was unable to post but since he obviously can and February is far from over, why not take a shot? Even if he just flips a coin or says, "Okay I'll take every UNDER and underdog."

It is really amazing to be this has not been brought up before. I have mentioned it from day one about Richie having Down Syndrome. I always wondered if he blew his whole State check on gambling or not. He gets 20 hours per month of Independent Living Assistance in his trailer. He gets help with hygiene, shopping for groceries and other needs a disabled adult has. Maybe it is because I do this for a living but I saw it in his face right away. He has the "Corky" look in him. He is a dead give away for an Adult with Down Syndrome. Just look at his face and the features they are all there.
