From the little research I have done, having a beard falls into legal grey areas in Nevada and most other states. The casinos definitely frown on it and considering who Brock's beard is and what industry he is in...seems very -EV to me. Brings structuring and other no-no's into play as well. Therefore, why advertise all the info? I shouldn't have to explain it further than that.
