    SBR dieting chunkies report to me now!
    I want a complete phucking breakdown of every motherphucking thing you put in your pie hole today (even condiments and gum). Tell me what exercise you got today too. REPORT TO ME, KOK BOYZ! Lay it out on the table. Ain't nobody here but us!

    All day, 4 bowls of honey nut cheerios. Thats it. Did a mile on the tredmil, 2.5 miles on the bike, and hit the weights. Also played basketball for an hour

      Iwin, the exercise today was solid. Well done. the diet is phucked up! I want you eating lean protein, cutting out the sugary cereals (replace with oatmeal and sweetener) and partaking of sweet potatoes, broccoli, carrots, walnuts or hazelnuts or natty peanut butter, legumes and TONS of water tomorrow. You may have black coffee or tea. NO SUGAR! Now go run up 20 flights of stairs for time.

            3 cups coffee, 1st one with a shot of honey, 1 breakfast bar (think it's 90 cals, will check on package tomorrow), 1 banana, some veggie chips (guesstimating 100 cals, will look at bag again tomorrow), 1 carrot, few cherry tomatoes, lettuce, part of an apple, one hard-boiled egg in a salad, small cup of homemade tortilla soup on side, 2 beers. That's it unless I eat more of the apple later. Thanks for checking on me buzzy.

            PS - - - Also did my regular post-work exercises at the Billy Bob Jumpback Spa, Gym and Brewery out here in the sticks.

              by the way, i had a chalupa, coke, some cheesecake, honeynut cheerios and sweet tea, and eleventeen saltine crackers.... i'm not doing too well.... but I have a 35 min treadmill workout planned.... 15.0 incline, 6.5 mph 7 mins run...1 min walk @ 3.1 mph..... 6 mins run 1 min walk 5 mins run....and so on and so forth till the last 1 min run at 10 mph and then some ATG squats and power cleans

                  Solid eating (sans the beer). Now I didn't see any mention of exercise.... Deadlifts at 75% bodyweight for 100 repetitions -- as long as it takes to complete. Then relax and call it a day.

                      Iwin, you need whole foods, pal -- try some grilled chicken breast, tuna, salmon, lamb, lean pork, turkey, tofu, eggplants, brown rice -- get some real food in.

                          Sorry, beer is in, we've made a few batches recently and it's pretty good stuff. I did get in a good 30 mins of exercise, half that on a bike. I'll deadlift some feed bags later this week.
