I pay $7 a month through Amex to get automatic updates and alerts when it changes. People wanting to buy a house or car at the lowest interest rate care about their credit. I pay almost nothing on $27,000 worth of ************ ($400 balance on all of them combined).

Around mid 6's last I looked.

My debt to income ratio is 2nd only to the US.

Never needed it till this point. House was FHA and mid 6's got me a sub 5.5% loan when shit was real bad. Just refinanced recently for an even better rate. Cars always paid in cash.

As Billy said, fukks need credit? It's a capitalist racket.

Don't take shit from banks, everything is negotiable as long as you can show them you got a steady cash flow.
