    all phucken day, Buzzy was out there int eh phcken snow, sculpting his body into a phucken work of phucken art. 2 hour run, mostly hilly, in the blowing snow, followed by one hour of weight training (one giant set, dashing from one exercise to the other with no rest between sets, followed by 2o minutes of HIIT. You phat phux will always be phat cuz you don't want THAT body bad enough. Phucken disgust me, the lot of you.

Try this, Johnny. You put a 225 lb barbell on your back and don't rack it till you have had it on there for 30 straight minutes (do this in the power cage). Do as many squats and lunges as you can in that time. DO NOT RACK THE WEIGHT until you can't phucken bear it any longer, even if you have to stand there huffing and puffing for a minute between reps after 20 minutes of breathing squats! PUSH YOURSELF! This will build your core strength and give you traps. have the safety pins in in case you fail in the hole.

                              Wow that sounds brutal. I'll have to give it a shot sometime...my cage isn't too big since I work out at home but doubt it will matter.

                                loved that program, super quats was the title of the book i think.

                                recommended a gallon of milk a day if i remember right.....
