I just saw I am Legend and some things don't make sense to me.

I don't understand how getting that blood with the cure to the safe facility would help much.

I thought the safe facility only had a small group of people that were immune to the disease so the cure wouldn't help them anyway.

I also thought that the world only had a very small group of people left that were not infected. So how is this small group going to go out and capture all the millions of infected people to give them the cure.

I would think more of the immune people would die trying to capture the infected people to give them the cure.

It seems to me the best solution if that truely was a safe facility would be to just stay there and increase the population with children. I did not notice any babies that were being born from 2 infected parents (the women looked like men so thats a good thing) so it seems all the infected people might die out eventually anyway.

It's because the blood had the cure. The good extract the formula from the blood to cure the others.

There was no way of knowing how many people were actaully not infected. Big Will didn't even think the facility existed.

The infected were not that hard to capture. Mr. Smith caught hundreds himself for testing purposes.

Never seen a Big Willy movie I liked so I quit watching them. Guy just makes horrible blockbuster films.

It wasn't as bad as some people make it out to be. Pretty damn hard doing close to 90% of a movie by yourself.

It is more of a chick movie, usually women are huge Will Smith fans anyway, I don't find his work all that compelling.

Before the final house scene, He said KV disease had a 90% kill rate that took the earth's population from 6 billion to 5.4 billion. He said only 12 million of the remaining 600 million people were immune but seemed to indicate all the people that were not immune had caught KV and were feeding on/killing the immune people. So I think the remaining immune people that were alive was a very small number after the infected people killed most of them. I would think the safe facility only had immune people, especially since the disease was transmitted by air to people that were not immune. So I still don't see how the blood cure would do any good since hundreds of immune people could not capture 588 million people infected with KV?
