yes richie was supposed to do hard time.. but i found out in court this morning that the Judge let him off when he found out richie spends his day at home 24/7 gambling and posting on a desk... so the judge let him off and told him it would be no justice to give him a sentence since he's already doing a sentence at home everyday of his life.. so he will not be doing jail. Judge said he's already in jail doing time each day he wakes up to gamble and post.. He felt bad for richie.

i guess the judge must be a gambler or an ex gambler.
