Could credit card companies put a lien on sportsbook accounts if U max cards out?
Not that I reccomend doing it but if a person has multi credit cards and you drain every penny out of them and put them into sportsbook accounts, will the sportsbooks kiss up to the credit card companies and give them their money back? There has to be alot of laundering of credit cards going on these days where people in dire straights would love to take 10 different cards and drain them of the non cash advance amount allowed and put them into a sportsbook account. For instance, you have a card where you can get 4k in cash and 6k in merchandise. Some desperate people might take the 6 K from many cards and buy gold, silver, diamonds, guns etc.that might hold their value,go up or at worst go down just a little bit.Stuff you can easily sell.Or,you may make a 6 k deposit in a sportsbook.

But like someone was saying this morning,a well known book is processing cards to make it look like the money you deposited with a credit card looks like a computer or toy store purchase.

You would have to do a quick hitter if you pulled this scam-caper off and line up all the ducks in a row and go crazy all within an hour or so.

Then the sportsbooks might end up telling both you and the credit card companies to take a hike where they keep the money? They could cook up some bet that you lost. They figure they are just screwing someone on the lamb anyway with no chance to file complaints to credit card companies saying that you were stiffed by a merchant.

The other night on FOX Finance call in show with Dave Ramsey that gives advice someone called in asking if he drained multi cards and had his name with his siblings on a parents house deed to be inherited down the road if a credit card company could put a lien on the house.Ramsay got pissed and scolded the caller over it and I have a hunch the caller was doing something with gambling as I brought up here.

There is going to be hell to pay when this keeps happening over and over again where credit card companies go balistic on sportsbooks that front themselves off as deli's,toy stores, candy stores.etc.So if you play with a sportsbook that says they are a toy store, they might get in some trouble and void paying you if you are just an innocent customer.

A person pulling this scam would have to deposit the first day of a billing cycle and quickly play-bet-launder and make sure the sportsbook can get a check to you pronto before the credit card company asks you to pay the monthly bill off or enquires why you just paid the bare minimum on the large purchase and you are totally out of your spending pattern. They must have whole departments that check red flag spending and irregularities in peoples spending trends.
