Zimbabwe lost its prosperity because the liberals in the West forced policies on the western governments that destroyed Adam Smith's government and forced the Smith government to hand power over to authoritarian "liberation theology" blacks. The same crap that the reverend in Obama's church preaches. This brand of socialism/communism/corruption quickly destroyed the economy in Rhodesia/Zimbabwe. The "fairness" policies of taking money and property away from the white businessmen and giving it to poor blacks caused the white businessmen to flee and the poor blacks new nothing about running farms, ranches, or other businesses and the businesses promptly collapsed. Mugabe then stole all the land to give to his friends and supporters, who also don't know how to run farms or ranches.

Do any of these policies sound familiar? Obama wants to do all the same things albeit not as blatantly.

I saw a documentary on a tunnel they were building in Malaysia. It made the big dig look like a pothole. They used robots that were specially designed for the project. They used an interlocking assembly system that was simple, had no moving parts, gave strength through tension and compression at the same time and was leak proof. They built the tunnel for 1/100th the cost of the big dig in about 1/5th the time. The difference was that the government of Malaysia did the project because they wanted a high quality tunnel at the lowest price possible. When liberals do anything it is because they want to create as many cushy jobs for their supporters and reward as many campaign contributors as possible.

The fact that Malaysia could out engineer and out build the US on a similar project says that we are in deep deep trouble. and the blame rests squarely on the shoulders of the liberal mother ****ers who run everything. I HATE those goddam mother ****ing pieces of shit.

Had we not panicked and started forcing the public to bailout the different industries maybe it would have become a buyers market. What got us into this mess was TOO MUCH BORROWING due to TOO MUCH SPENDING. The solution is not to do it on a scale 10X as large. Tax reductions have worked extremely well, most recently from 2003-2006. Tons of jobs created, record tax collections. The problem was that it wasn't accompanied by decreased spending.

It is unfathomable that they passed a nearly $1 trillion bill in less than 24 hours with most people, including Congressmen, not getting a chance to read it. Completely unacceptable.

I guess they learned from what happened last week when people actually had a chance to review it in detail.
