Heat haven't shown up on the road yet. As for Spurs/Nuggets, Shaw is trying to implement more of a half-court offense in Denver after Nuggets were run-and-gun under Karl. Even Spurs only rank 13th in pace rating early on after being among the leaders the last two years, could be an attempt to preserve their aging bodies. Yes they scored 105 at Portland, but Denver plays slower than Blazers (or is trying to).
