Has happened to me as well. In the mega millions I had all number except the mega ball and I was only off by 1 numerical number. I was furious. Still won decent cash but still.

years ago when we had just a state lottery, where you had to get 6 numbers, this is before powerball and before lotto south, which is now win4life. Anyway, i used to play the state lotto every Wed. and Sat. and once i had the 1st 4 numbers in back-to-back plays. it gets you excited seeing those 1st 4 numbers, then BAM, letdown, it only paid like 50 bucks.
that is the best i've ever done, never 5, and never all 6, hell, if i had ever hit all 6 or ever hit all 6 i doubt i'd be on here.

I used to be a daily lotto pro gambler. I would play $100-200 on the noon numbers if I had a neg gain I would double up on the evening numbers. It was a grind.
