Look I understand back in the 20s you probably rolled your model T into a gas station and saw one that said 16 2/10 cents and the one next to it said 15 9/10 cents back and so you filled up for 1.59 instead of a 1.62 when a cent probably was like a quarter now

But in 2013 when I see $3.79 and 9/10 cents Im like wtf does that mean? I mean really just round up to $3.80, if I put 10 gallons in my tank you're gonna charge me $37.99 instead of $38? Who the fuk cares!

I remember the guy on 6o minutes Rooney did a bit that he went around to different gas stations and kept asking for change and his 9/10th cents back.
