CRIS "live" chat must be the crappiest live chat in the industry. I've been trying to communicate with them several times this year asking simple questions and it takes really long time to get any answers. Many times the CS rep simply stops answering. There's definately something wrong with it if I can exchange emails faster with some books than get a response in the CRIS live chat.

You are so right...BetCris has one of the worst live chats......i have been through probably all the a-b book and betcris and vip.com have the worst live chats ever. i never new it took 30min to reply i think they mest up there copy and paste scripts.......BetMania and Bowmans have the best live chat..Comment -
They are the worst. And if after 10 minutes of nothing, you ask "are you still there?", they quickly reply "Yes, please be patient" or the more common reply of simply "Y" only to be followed by another 10 minutes of silence.Comment
