I got on enterprise and it costs about $75 to rent a mid size car from friday to sunday. Does this include the insurance and 800 miles of round trip?

#2well.. i don't work for 'em, but insurance is always extra.. use a credit card that pays insurance for you (many have that included free).. and most car rentals are unlimited miles now.. but ask to be sure..
also, try carrental.com (i think that is the web site).. we get cars in vegas for $15/day.

#6the rental car agency will try to convince you that your credit card insurance is worthless. they're bunch of scammers. last time they said my credit card insurance has a huge deductable...so i told them if i get into an accident, i'll make sure the car is totaledComment -

#7Copter, just a thought, but why not call Enterprise or the CC companies and ask them?Comment -

#9I used to work for Enterprise for a short time and this is what I will tell you. Usually enterprise's cars include unlimited mileage for the state you are living in and all the neighboring states if you are traveling to those. 800 miles is a lot and they won't be happy about it but that is still fine.
As far as the insurance is concerned, one of your credit cards may cover you but there is a catch. If you already have a car and insurance that comes first. In other words if you wreck that car, your car insurance will get hit before your CC insurance can take effect. If it is only for the weekend, I would suggest taking the $9 dollar a day Damage Waiver or however much it is. As Pico stated above, there actually might be a large deductible for the credit card insurance too at least $500 but more likely $1000 from what I have seen. Also, the Credit Card doesn't cover you very will if you hit someone and cause a lot of damage (i.e. Kill someon) and are due to pay large sums of money.
So I hope that was helpful....Comment -
