    Car Insurance
Just got my statement, me and the wife pay 90 bux a month for 2 cars thru state farm, i thought that as high..but the best i could beat it with was 103 bux a month with safeco.

Seems to me insurance is a bit of a ripoff.

Got a good deal with homeowners insurace though, had golf clubs stolen once, reported it and state farm had me a check for 1800 bux in the mail within a week.

$90 a month looks pretty good from here, I pay about $120 a month for full coverage on my 04 Toyota.

Insurance is a ripoff, I've never had an accident and only ever made 1 claim in 20+ years when my car was stolen in 1997.

You only need insurance if you hit someone.

i am finding out its good, 90 a month for 2 cars too...

would be less if we both didn't have 2 tickets in the last 5 years, thats a pile of shit right there.

                      i wish compactor.

Never had All State, always been with State Farm.

I've heard one lake in Chicago, Wolf Lake, is notorious for having cars in it with bricks on the gas pedal.

I pay $900 a year for '07 Trailblazer.....so what you have isn't too bad. Then again Insurance is much more expensive in New York State.

problem is then the money i'd save there blows the multi-line discount i get with my homeowners...in the end it would be a wash.

i remember hearing New Jersey had the highest rates in america for car insurance. So bad they had to be rated seperatly from all other states as it was driving up the other states premiums.

$90/month for two people with two cars is nothing. Do you have full coverage or just liability? Insurance is a ripoff until something bad happens.

Fiver, you're wise beyond your years. Before I bought this pickup I was pimping around a few different beaters. You know you're gonna be okay when you can leave the windows down, doors unlocked, a $20 bill taped to the steering wheel and your car will never be touched. That's true freedom, the ability to not give a shit behind the wheel.

its the law here to have insurance.... although no one in my neighborhood has it....

The guy that hit the van outside my office the one night (that I made a vid of) got arrested for no-license, and got a big fine for no insurance.

if you get pulled over and don't provide proof of insurance you are in trouble...

here since no one has insurance, I need to have high amounts of un and under-insured coverage too... which sucks

The only state ive seen where you dont legally need insurance is alabama. Which is unfortunately about 5 miles from my house.

My truck and me run $73 US a month in a pretty low area to be registered in Texas. Guesstimating it would be about $120-$140 a month if my vehicle was registered in a large county like Harris, Bexar or Travis here in Texas.
