We went out just for an hour and half and lurked neighborhoods, only thing we did was throw eggs at cars. It was quiet too, a few girl crews were out also throwing paint on cars, I had to see 40 or so cars painted up on 10 blocks in Newark. Today some go out tricker treating, if you wear a mask you can bet like 30 or so as nobody will know. Its free candy. I almost wanted to do it and get candy.
