Mo is a good friend of mine and the site recently lost 3 mods in the matter of days. I'm always willing to help out and learn some new things. I'll still be around...just not as much obviously. Better off for me to focus at 1 site since I have gotten away from what I love doing in the past months...talking sports.

I don't understand how this constitutes SBR dropping the ball. I never saw Diogee say anything much about sportsbooks. I never heard about him having experience with dispute resolution. Those are the areas where the SBR mod team needs bolstering right now.

I'm kind of glad SBR isn't going the paid poster route and just hiring people because they like to post a lot.

Nothing against Diogee. Somehow, for his zillions of posts, I barely know who he is. Good luck to him.

(I'm thinking his friends should be glad for him. If being a mod is something he wants, then at least he doesn't have to pack up his life and move to do it. At least I'm assuming. I still can't believe people are doing that to be a mod here.)

I get a bit of a chuckle that EOG allowed us, the SBR posters, to do their scouting for them.

When BBD left and there were a million threads (some serious, some funny) about who the next mod should be, Diogee's name came up quite a bit, and deservingly so.

They are probably interviewing Smitch right now for another opening. LOL, irony.

Regardingyour first paragraph....I understand what your trying to say but on the other hand I have never seen VegasDave or Lou talking about sportsbooks or resolution disputes. They appear (imo anyway) to be the furthest thing from that.

Inquiries were made in the past about Diogee doing mod work for us. It didn't work out. I wish him the very best regardless of where he posts or mods because as others have already noted, the guy is pure class.

As for relocating to be a mod, Mud, nobody has relocated to any SBR office simply to be a message board moderator. Since we've said that time and time again, and it's never been understood by anyone so saying it again is probably pointless, but thought I'd try anyway.

I took the max. limit that you would be the next "MOD"... If it's at EOG does that mean my bet still loses..?
