Yeah, I think the Heat would have made out like bandits if this was about 5 years ago and J.O. had both knees intact.

ughhh.. man... okay, I was actually looking forward to the O'Neal/Marion deal. We take on Banks's contract, fine. But now we give up Moon too? Dunno if I like it.

Don't need Moon and Kapono, they are the same player. When does Marion's contract come off the books?

as it is, i wouldnt want any of the players from this deal. moon can dunk, thats it
marion and oneal never stay healthy
banks is garbage

Marion's contract comes off the books at the end of the season, so that is his real value. O'Neal the following year.

Moon is cheap and can block shots, and rebounds well for a wing player. Really a poor man's Marion.

Neither Kapono, nor Marion or Moon are wing players who can create their own shot, which is arguably what the raptors need.. someone with some quickness who can dribble.

So what is the likelihood that the Raptors can make the playoffs? I'm thinking this trade doesn't help.
