Funniest thing happened last week, I'm sitting there watching the Lafayette-Arkansas State game, two 7's walk into the sports book and sit down. Of course every guy in the place is just staring now, but I have more important things to do than worry about a couple of walking STDs. Not two minutes after they sit down one of those Local Joes walks over and sits real close to them on his cell phone. Talking loud as shit (they all do) to his friend about this 'easy parlay' he had going, he lists a puck-line, NHL ML and two NBA spreads and ends it with, no joke, 'that's an easy $68 coming my way'. Christ man, a 4 team parlay that pays out $68? What did you bet, $2.50? guy could have at least lied in order to make himself look to be a bigshot infront of the ladies because that's exactly what he was trying to do. Meanwhile I'm sitting there looking at the $720 I had riding on a fukkin Sun Belt Tuesday night game and thinking I might as well own the entire damn sportsbook with this talk I'm hearing of $68 on a 4-teamer.
