As you may have noticed, the forum was offline for a period. We identified a security incident to Sportsbook Review Forum and took the site offline as a containment step while we investigated.
We wanted to make sure the system and site were restored and secured before bringing things back online and you will see that we are requiring all forum users to reset their password as a precautionary step.

Did BOS not paying people have to do with not having enough funds or was it directly due to the DOJ indictement?
I have a lot of pending wagers at Hollywood.

A combination thereof. They had enough funds for operating expenses, you don't normally expect a huge flux of withdraws pre-football.. they didn't have enough to cover all deposits, and the run on the bank caused by a DOJ indictment.
The above is educated opinion, not fact. Standard disclaimers apply.

As well as all players waiting for their moneys to come back their ways, we also have up to 1500 employees that gave BoS at least 2 years of their life, some of them up to 9 years, they should get up to $15000 each, hopefully they get to pay everybody!! Now, would their operations at Asia have any type of issue because of them not paying everybody they owe???

I doubt it, the Asian operations were kept segregated under different company names..
