Lil Wayne is more of an entertainer than a singer, most of these rap guys have no musical talent or voices, tons of black guys can do this, he also has great marketing like some of the other teen idols. A guy like Kayne West is more of a musical talent. A lot of rap success is pure luck being in the right place at the right time.
