This could turn into a fun little controversy. Check out Craig Calcaterra's post at Hardball Talk. There appears to be some pretty strong evidence that in Game 1 of the World Series, Red Sox starter Jon Lester was applying something to his fingertips in his victory over the Cardinals, probably to help get a better grip on the ball in the 45-degree weather.

Love Boston, worked there 8 years.
Next to NYC, my favorite city.

I think the Cards will win, not a Brady fan though and I can not stomach their head coach, I like several Sox players, Pedroia is a pleasure to watch play.

Fun city, they party hard.
My only complaint is they shut down way to early

while i love boston...not quite a local...but ive done alot of "work" there....i prefer even chicago over it....although maybe its because i havent spent much time there.....i can remember drinking in chicago bars at 5 am....nyc is cool...but i cant spend more than a weekend there....so yeah i hear ya.....just seems like you might have a disdain for their sports teams....but i realize alot of people do

i understand if u dont bill b....hes not for everyone...hes one of those guys u love if he coaches your team but most others prob wont like him...i guess thats why i love him and someone that most others hate...like floyd mayweather....they do things on their terms....they dont give a crap about winning popularity contests
