Has anyone had any luck of using a capper from off the radio, they try to tell u that your giving you a free bet just to make you call then u call and they want money? I have ran into two different capping companies Stu Finer and the wall street reporters anyone ever had dealings with theses guys. Or know what they are trying to do seem like its a scam honestly just was wondering if anyone else have done this?
