The only time it's not cleaner is when guys don't shower and clean under there. It's not easier to function with because you need lube to have fun with it and lube is messy. And doctors have now recanted their belief that it contributes to cervical cancer in women. There never was a medical reason relating to the men themselves, it was first a religious imperative, then performed on soldiers in the early 20th century because they couldn't shower often.

And I disagree that it looks better cut, I very much prefer an uncut partner, it's just more fun. Why would God have made the foreskin if he didn't have a good reason?
